- The youngster was seen in the city amidst reports about his move to Real Valladolid.
- Andriy will be hoping to receive minutes and have a more prominent role in the team.
- His previous loan spell at Leganes wasn't successful in terms of playing time.
- Lunin is set to return to Real Madrid after the 2019-2020 season ends.
It looks like we'll be seeing an official announcement soon. According to Marca, Andriy Lunin was seen in Valladolid amidst recent rumours regarding his loan move to the La Liga side. The goalkeeper was rumoured to be our second choice before Keylor Navas' situation unexpectedly changed with the Costa Rican staying.
Diario AS have reported earlier that everything was ready to complete Andriy's loan move to Real Valladolid next season with the clubs reaching an agreement. The keeper is set to get a lot of playing time with the other La Liga side and won't have to sit idle watching other shot-stoppers playing throughout the season.
There was no reason to assume that the youngster wanted to be a third-choice and spend the whole season on the bench. Real Madrid haven't done anything about Navas and therefore, the youngster is going to leave.
