El Chiringuito: Manchester United want Kroos included in Pogba deal
- Reports in Spain suggest United are ready to part ways with Paul Pogba in January.
- The Premier League side want €200m for their midfielder but there's a way for Blancos to lower the financial burden.
- The English club are keen on Kroos as a Pogba replacement.
According to El Chiringuito host Eduardo Inda, Manchester United will consider selling Paul Pogba to Real Madrid during the January transfer window.
The English powerhouse have no intention of changing their asking price of €200m, which is a sticking point for the Whites, but we may have to pay less if the two clubs manage to pull out a part-exchange deal. United fancy Toni Kroos and view him as an ideal replacement for Pogba.
Kroos can play anywhere in central midfield and would bring plenty of experience to the team, having won the domestic league titles in Germany and Spain, the World Cup and the Champions League.
However, Inda is definitely not the most reliable source of transfer information, so take it with a grain of salt. Even if the Red Devils want the German, Kroos recently signed a new deal with Real Madrid and it's unlikely for any kind of outgoing move to happen.
Would you exchange Kroos for Pogba?
