PSG ahead of Bayern in Coutinho chase
- Despite confirmed Bayern Munich interest, PSG are still reportedly in pole position to land Philippe Coutinho.
- The reason for that include his inclusion and Neymar deal and his wages.
Philippe Coutinho is expected to leave Barcelona this summer with both Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain linked heavily. However, the Parisians are said to be leading the race, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Bayern want to sign the Brazilian on a two-season loan deal while PSG would complete the permanent transfer.
Unlike the Germans, the Parisians are financially able to cover Coutinho's huge salary as he reportedly receives 23 million euros per year at Barca.
Finally, the Brazilian holds a key to Neymar's return to Barcelona as PSG are allegedly ready to accept Coutinho as a makeweight.
Previously, multiple sources have already reported that Barcelona have offered PSG 120 million euros plus Ivan Rakitic and Philippe Coutinho for Neymar. Even though the Parisians haven't yet completely accepted these terms, they have fully agreed on the inclusion of the Brazilian in this deal.
