'It's not fair': Valencia's Garay hits out at club over manager's sacking
- Veteran defender Ezequiel Garay is unhappy after Valencia abruptly parted ways with manager Marcelino today.
- Under Marcelino, Valencia won their first trophy in years, capturing Copa Del Rey several months ago.
- The defender says the club have gone against the squad and the supporters.
Ezequiel Garay has gone on an Instagram rant, defending former manager Marcelino, who was sacked by Valencia today. After praising the departing manager, hailing his personal and professional qualities, the Argentine defender went right after the club chiefs.
It remains to be seen what repercussions Garay will face for slamming his bosses, including the extravagant and trigger-happy owner Peter Lim, but it's entirely possible that this could spell the end for the 32-year-old at La Mestalla.
