if he truly want to stay in Chelsea, season is ending he could have gone for vacation and sign his contract during pre season.

he already left us in a bad state. since all these started performances had dwindled. Rudi, Azpi, Christensen have been in same boat. with string of below par performances. Azpi and Christensen have been the worst hit turning in poor performances one after the other... If i were TT would depend more on those staying. unfortunately the likes of chalobah and sarr are showing new heights of weakness.

I am very disappointed to see Rudiger leave Chelsea as a free agent. He could easily be Chelsea Captain going forward. Chelsea Board should really be ashamed for not be able to tie him down. Let truth be told, there is a lot of injustice in Chelsea players salary structure . We are told that the likes of Calum Hudson-Odoi and Ruben Loftus Cheek earn way more than Antonio Rudiger.

Rudiger should be grateful to Chelsea, Silva and Tuche as a coach for making him sellable footballer.
He was not spectacular during Lampard Era. You can still prefer Kurt Zouma then because he was error prone.
He won Champions league in Chelsea and other trophies. Chelsea waited for him to mature. He learnt a lot from Silva and the coach because the  pattern favoured him.
He has right to take his decision because it was purely monetary motivated. Rudiger should not directly or indirectly call Chelsea a failure for losing three cups final because he was part of the team.Where are other teams that didn't made it to the finals. 
He has caused Chelsea a lot of avoidable goals since he has determined to leave for a greener pastures. He should learn from Hazard that everything is not about money.I don't think he believe Chelsea we be able to overcome the sanctions.

Every player are playing for the money, if you are not offered the money that you think that you are worth, you have the option to look for a team that can offer what you want. 
Look at Reece James and Mason Mount, they are amongst the lowest paid Chelsea players, what do you think will happen if Chelsea does not increase their salaries. So loyalty can only go do far these days.

nothing wrong with Rudiger leaving for Madrid it's all good I believe everything happens for the reason we never know we have been there before two of our players wanted to leave for Madrid as well Chelsea never dies or break in to place's an now 3  or 4 are leaving for Madrid and Barcelona but Chelsea will always have  a life an get better an better along the way

I think it’s a shame that the club and Toni couldn’t sort this out , why allow a player to run down his contract and now have to spend £50 million plus on a replacement, this should have been sorted out a year ago somebody has screwed up badly, now we have allowed the leeches from Madrid to pick him up for free .
