Quite agree.  Perhaps sell the club to owners who know what the English Premier League is about and how different our precious game is.

When Lampard was reappointed, I openly expressed my thought it was a bad decision from the board, many came for me on this group, trying to justify how Lampard is good and more experienced than the Potter assistant… this’s not to say Lampard has done anything wrong or he’s not doing his job right, that decision is not just right and unnecessary. The changes the team has gone through this season alone affects me personally as a fan cus I don’t know who to trust, who to love and what to love about Chelsea…if I’m going through that, what about the players themselves. 

Appointing an interim manager instead of allowing the inexperienced Saltor to at least end the season and maybe that will inspire the players and boost their ego “2012 for instance”, it’s not that the board has brought in Lampard to win UCL or top 4….

In as much the board keeps making wrong decisions, this season is bad, I don’t see any difference in the future. 

Todd bought Chelsea and changed everything (players, boards, culture and result) about Chelsea in just few months, the owners need a better adviser and needs to learn how to run a football club.

if you remember at the time TT was sacked chelsea weren't performing,yes he was sacked because he didn't agree with Todd and I don't like Todd but with out him we might not have a club ,but still these players are massively under performing

U don’t sack a winning coach know very well that will affect the players. Todd doesn’t have the balls to handle this team. It took him 3 minutes to sack a performing coach and it took him how many matches b4 GP was sacked???

I guess it’s about time we stop going to the stadium to teach Todd a good learnings that he also need to be sack

It is not the players' fault. They want a manager who can teach and give them what they lack. Motivation. Potter and Lampard don't have anything new for them to emulate. This kills their spirits and motivation. Hire anyone out of Enrique, Nagelsman and Zidane  today and the boys will perform better without training with the new manager. 
I wonder what the Psychologists and Human Resource managers at the club are doing. Knowlege, skills and attitude. Correct attitude to work is missing.

GP was sacked very late. It’s about time we sack Todd himself

That’s fundamentally untrue. I am long since on record as being against TT being sacked, but to be fair, they were not play well at the time.

It absolutely is the players fault, at least in part. This notion that you know what the players want is ludicrous. None of us actually know the players or have any insight into what they are thinking. What we do know is that they are taking a lot of money and many (not all) are not putting in an honest effort. I don’t care who the manager is, it’s the players who are on the pitch and they need to have heart and pride in their performance. I’m not seeing that and I challenge anyone to tell me otherwise.

At this point the owners are probably the ones determining the lineup

Hiring a new coach now is not the solution, they've made the mistake already by signing lampard as the interim, they should just be patient till when season end before bringing in new manager because even if anybody comes now things will still continue the same way. it's better they wait and bring another manager to take preseason on his own, so he could get the players  gel together and understand his philosophy. if not we would still be singing the same song on another manager

it's not lampards fault ,chelsea where playing like this before lampard ,it's the players attitude and fight that's the problem,season is over now for Chelsea,we need to give time to players like mudryk,noni,datro fofana now to get them used to premier league ,so the new coach when he's appointed doesn't need to do this start of next season ,we need to start next season on fire
