River Plate president Rodolfo D'Onofrio told that to get Colombia's World Cup breakthrough the clubs have to pay out €25 million.
The midfielder currently plays for the Argentinian club as being involved in a loan deal between River and Porto, but there's a buyout clause set for the clubs.
Real Madrid and Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly chasing the 25-year-old, although the clubs still haven't made any offers for the Colombian.
