i have said this in previous posts that if we want to be a top club we cant be sentimental over players. i do really like eddie but you are right if we can get 50 million for him the money could be invested elsewhere to improve us with a better player. you have got me think about the bigger picture of this now. i can see pros and cons for both. shame we cant keep him as a third striker

me to my thoughts at the time were long term balogun has a higher ceiling but not tested in english football the french league is different. its a shame we couldnt loan him this year to another prem team to see how he did. but at least we got fairly decent money for him for once.

please let's be honest and take emotions away, a player on the level of Eddy Nketiah shouldn't be playing for big club like Arsenal. this guy is just a glorified championship league player

Ok. So what has he done since that game. Absolutely nothing. He was lucky as he always is with the goals he scores. He constantly looses the ball in crucial positions. When we need goals to win, he creates more fouls than anyone else in the team. We don't need that. We need goals. Fouls don't win games. Goals do. Arsenal should have kept Balogun and given him the chance he deserves. Look how Saliba came back after his loan spell in France. I believe Balogun could've made more of a difference if given the right chance he deserved.

wow sentiment has blinded me here he has barely scored in the last 6/7 months a goal vs Nottingham forest and Fulham. he does work off the ball but we at tge end of the day jesus does that and now kai and we need goals from a striker.

You can't compare Nketiah to Jesus. Jesus brings way more on and off the ball than Nketiah. Even when Jesus doesn't score he adds value to the team. Nketiah adds nothing. All he does is run and loose the ball in crucial moments and fouls players when we need to get the ball back.

Maybe Nketiah needs to join the Ghana national team. Maybe they can make him a better player.

i was comparing to the point no one does what jesus does he bullies the defence and push the line back and has good link up play. my comments was we have jesus that does this and he will never do it better than him.

Nketiah goal vs united this is why we need someone like him around. being a fan of the club you understand the fans and what it really means to win
