Man United to face competition from two Premier League rivals for Michael Olise (reliability: 5 stars)

Man United remain interested in a possible summer transfer to rope in Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise, claims Fabrizio Romano.

However, there will be multiple clubs vying for his signing after the end of this season – including those in the Premier League.

The Red Devils could face competition from the likes of Chelsea and Man City, who have both shown interest in signing the winger.

Olise has reportedly impressed Sir Jim Ratcliffe with his performances this season and has a release clause in his contract – which is more than £35m.

Man United are likely to take the final decision on whether or not to sign Olise once able to appoint a new sporting director (likely to be Dan Ashworth) and if Erik ten Hag also green-lights the deal.

While the English winger has suffered with injuries this season, he also has six goals and three assists in only 11 Premier League games for the Eagles.
