Bruno Fernandes is reportedly demanding a pay rise to become one of Man United's top earners as part of the conditions to sign a new deal.
There have been speculations over the future of the United skipper with the Portuguese even admitting that he doesn't rule out leaving.
But Daily Star claims that Rashford wants to earn as much as Casemiro, Marcus Rashford and Mason, knowing that at the age of 29, this might be his last chance to sign a massive contract.
According to the report, he wants to resolve his situation after the end of the Premier League season, but before going to Euro 2024 with Portugal.
In other words, Man United will have between May 20 and June 14 – less than a month – to get an indication from Fernandes about his future.
Bruno still has two more years left on his current contract, with the option to extend for a further year.
