Southgate to stay on as England manager
The FA has confirmed that Gareth Southgate has decided to stay as the England manager until the Euro 2024.
This is likely to be a blow for Trent Alexander-Arnold who has failed to establish himself as a regular England starter under the current boss.
Preston interested in Bobby Clark loan
According to The Chronicle, Preston North End are looking at Liverpool youngster Bobby Clark as a potential loan option.
The 17-year-old joined Liverpool from Newcastle in 2021. This season, he has already made his Premier League debut and started a Carabao Cup game with Derby County. It's understood that Liverpool aren't actively looking to loan him out yet.

Brighton 'have no intention' to part ways with Moises Caicedo. Liverpool are interested in the Ecuadorian and so are Chelsea, although neither side has started negotiations over the midfielder.
