Next up? THOSE i can not mention
Still reveling in the uphoria of Thursday night I am forced to drag myself forward to consider our next home game against our fierce rivals who shan't be mentioned!
Should we carry the firm and momentum of Thursday into Sundays game we have another 3 points but so far this season we have been inconsistent at home, that coupled with the fact that THEY! Our next opponants will or should pose a significantly tougher test for us.
All that said we have more than enough to take the points when you look at the form guide of both teams.
I am in favour of the same line up we used against Roma, we were that good (2nd half) however I think there will be some tinkering all be it slight.
Usual and probably now our standard formation of 4231 i think will see us take a 3-1 win and 3 points, but as ever ill settle for any win.
GK- Henderson, though DDG did little if anything wrong on Thursday its not like he was really tested that much and think Deano will te claim the starting berth.
DEF- AWB, MAGUIRE, BAILLY, SHAW. I struggle to see past what of late has been a pretty robust defence but Baily is due a start and I think his aggresion and physicality will be useful against THEM.
MID- FRED, MACTOMINAY my favourite phrase at the moment "If it ain't bust don't fix it"
ATTK - POGBA, BRUNO,RASHFORD and CAVANI leading the line. Rashford as good as he is, is more effective on his favoured left, with 2 goals and 2 assists Brunos mini blip is over, and Pogba on the right has proven very effective in recent matches. Cavani is probably due a rest but his current form makes it nigh impossie not to start him.
An impresively strong bench could prove useful should OGS choose to turn to it, but that's his choice and who am I to question him given his success.
So there we have it, what is in my view our strongest starting 11 at the moment, with the form we've shown of late we have enough to leave a certain Mr Kopp n his boys returning to his vineyard to crush more sour grapes.

Maintain the winning eleven against Roma to floor Liverpool. That will be a delight to watch.
Love the picture 😏 and I agree, I’d put Deano in for this one, and keep our attack unchanged. If we’re up by quite a lot (unlikely as Klopp will most likely put up a strong fight, sigh), bring in those subs. We can always rest players come Thursday, this is a must win, so let’s do it! 💪
I will go for Greenwood for Rashford. It will be great if we win and keep Liverpool out of the Champions League next season.
