According to Gianluca Di Marzio, Inter have submitted a second formal bid to sign Romelu Lukaku permanently.
The Serie A side have offered €30m plus bonuses for the Belgian striker. That's a €5m increase from their previous offer that Inter hope will be enough to bring Lukaku back to the club.

Lukaku was allowed not to return to training with Chelsea until next Monday, July 17. The Blues hope that in that time, an agreement can be reached with Inter.
The 30-year-old has already expressed his desire to return to Inter and even snubbed a big-money move to Saudi Arabia.
