Emma Hayes is set to leave Chelsea Women at the end of the season and take charge of the United States national team.
The Telegraph report that Sonia Bompastor has agreed a deal with Chelsea to succeed the Englishwoman. Bompastor is currently in charge of Lyon since 2021, guiding them to two league titles and a Champions League title.

Hayes has been in charge of the Blues since 2012, winning six WSL titles, 5 FA Cups and two League Cups.
