- PSG have offered Neymar a new lucrative deal.
- Les Parisiens were said to plan a new deal to tie the 27-year-old down until 2025.
- Neymar is said to be wanting Barcelona return.
- Blaugrana, in their turn, are ready to keep the door open for the Brazilian striker.
According to the latest reports from French news outlet Foot-Mercato, PSG have initiated talks with Neymar's father-agent in a bid to keep the 27-year-old in Paris until 2025.
Even though Foot-Mercato don't provide any details of PSG's new improved offer, it's understood that Neymar has rejected it flat-out as he's apparently keen on coming back to Camp Nou.
Moreover, Foot-Mercato report that PSG want to bring down their asking price to 170 million euros – 50 million less than demanded in the summer if they fail to extend Ney's current deal which runs out in 2022.
According to Catalan outlet Diario Sport, meanwhile, the 'door is still open' for Neymar to return to Camp Nou next summer. Both parties, Barca and Ney, reportedly want the move to happen.
