Diario Sport's journalist Toni Juanmarti lists the midfielder's five best qualities which could be beneficial for Barcelona.
- Strong right foot: The Bosnian is particularly great with his right foot as he can deliver the ball between the lines and even play long balls from behind.
- Control, more control: Even though he is not Xavi Hernandez, Pjanic rarely loses the ball - he is either fouled or provides a pass.
- Intelligence: The 30-year-old controls the game from the heart of the midfield without being a box-to-box player.
- Pressure? What pressure? Pjanic is incredibly reliable when playing under pressure as he usually moves the ball out from the back.
- Set pieces: The midfielder is renowned for his free-kick goals; moreover, he can also deliver from the corners and wide free-kicks.
The Bosnian has agreed to join Barcelona who'll pay Juventus €60m plus other €5m in add-ons for the midfielder. Pjanic has signed a four-year contract. The club has set a €400m release clause on the midfielder.
