Advertisment
Alemany was a success at Valencia before leaving the club in 2019. Los Che beat Barca and won the Copa Del Rey in the 2018/19 season while he was pulling strings at the club.
Prior to his work at Valencia, Alemany worked as a key technical figure at Mallorca and helped them achieve Copa Del Rey success in 2003.
Interestingly, Florentino Perez attempted to make him Real Madrid’s sporting director in 2018, but he stayed with Valencia.
