The U.S. men's national team have won the CONCACAF Nations League final by beating Mexico in a 3-2 thriller on Sunday night.
Barcelona right-back Sergino Dest played 60 minutes in the magnificent encounter before being replaced by Timothy Weah.
Mexico, led by former Barca boss Gerardo Martino, took the lead in each half but the Americans managed to take the game to extra time thanks to goals from Giovanni Reyna and Weston McKennie.
Christian Pulisic, for his part, secured the USMNT a 3-2 victory from the spot in the 114th minute.
The biggest hero of the final proved to be the U.S. goalkeeper Ethan Horvath who saved Andres Guardado's penalty in the 120th minute to hand his side their first trophy since the 2017 Gold Cup.
