Kasper Schmeichel has signed for OGS Nice from Leicester City, both clubs officially announced on Wednesday night.
The Denmark international, son of legendary Peter Schmeichel, is leaving the English top flight after spending 11 years at Leicester.

During his time with the Foxes, the 35-year-old has won the Premier League (2015/16), the FA Cup (2020/21) and Community Shield (2021).
According to Fabrizio Romano, the goalkeeper has put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the Ligue 1 side. Nice, meanwhile, will receive a £1 million fee.
