I have been the Reds fan since mid 70s, still at high school then. And never regret it despite many years without league titles.

They’re paid to talk. They won’t stop talking. Let them talk. I still believe they’ll change their opinions throughout the season. Just like the long grass being blown by the wind.

They must obey his rules either they like it or not We just need Coach like him
Agreed. If the team isn’t performing the first person to be sacked is the manager. So it’s his full responsibility to ensure that the team perform well all the time.

So what’s the issue really? It’s just like meeting them in the Carabao Cup or FA Cup games apart from the league games.

Still remember the night. I watched the game on TV from the start. At half time break I told myself if Liverpool don’t score in the next 5 minutes I’ll go back to bed. But it took just 6 crazy minutes for me to keep watching the game until Gerrard lifted the ‘Big Ears’. Will never forget that night.

Noticed something, Mo Salah scored at least 2 goals in each of the three games. Total: 7. Not too sure other Liverpool players could achieve that in the near future.

Not too sure that we’ll buy more African players (due to the timing of the AFCON tournament) and South Americans (we have 4 now). But if they’re really good and we can afford them why not!

Thanks Christian for doing a good homework. I agree with you that Slot will tweak the team a bit depending on the players’ ability. As for the designation that FSG gives him I think in England Slot would still be called a manager irrespective of his limited roles.

The report begins with “The Liverpool are said to be strongly interested …..”. Who said that? Is he reliable? Does Slot know about it?

Just look at the rotations of the refs for our games (including the VAR referees). They’re the same 4-5 referees being rotated again and again. And we could almost guess who the referee to officiate our next game.

Barca ruined themselves after buying overpriced Countinho and Ousmane Dembele. Now they can’t even buy a decent player like Luiz Diaz.
