WHY LAMPARD FAILS...
I may be wrong in my assertions on this subject matter, but I'm pretty sure I may also not be too far from the truth as Everton have shown Frank Lampard the exit door after getting the club stuck in the murky water of relegation for several weeks.
Frank Lampard is always a good and lovable guy, but I am not sure Coaching is part of his calling. Secondly, as a coach, if you don’t model your style after the tested pattern of a renowned and successful coach, there may be a problem. Mikel Arteta is at the verge of success now because he built his style like Guadiola. Guadiola patterns his own style after Johan Cruyff. Louise Van Gaal mentored Mourinho. Ralph Rangnick mentored Jurgen Klopp and Thomas Tuchel. Today we can see their obvious achievements.
The lack of a role model is the reason coaches like Graham Potter and Frank Lampard will spend two to three years with a stubborn self-styled pattern in a club before tasting even the shadows of success. Coaching should be about doing what works well or what has been proven to work well, it shouldn't be just about feeding one's egoistic philosophy adamantly like Mauricio Sari and his unproductive Sari Ball, which is fading away rapidly now.
Now, the question is: who mentored Frank Lampard? Probably, Lampard is a victim of exposure to too many coaches, with different styles, while playing for Chelsea (where he spent most part of his life as a footballer). Truly, whose pattern could he have adopted, Is it Mourinho, Avram Grant, Anceloti, Guus Hindik, Andres Villas Boas, Roberto Di Mateo, Rafa Benitez, Antonio Conte, etc? Clearly, Lampard is a product of a complex and unstable system.
Probably, Lampard needs to be humble enough to submit himself to tutelage under a successful coach based on his choice of style or football philosophy for, at least, two seasons before seeking another coaching job.
Above all, it will be an error to write Lampard off at this stage. However, which club will take the risk to give him the next coaching opportunity?
All the above notwithstanding, many of us still love you dear Frank Lampard. We pray that someday, you will get it right and fulfil your dreams as a coach.

His biggest problem was that he moved too quickly into management, rather waiting under the wing of successful management. you make some great points the exposure of too many coaches to many styles. Lampard, for his part, has to decide if it does he be part of the backroom team or go to the lower leagues or he may decide to be no 2 .. Whatever happens, the management of another big team is long, way down the road, ⚽️⚽️⚽️🔥🔥🔥⚽️⚽️⚽️
Excellent response 👏
he needs to have a break before signing a new deal with a club yes he's eager of his managing career to get better but it doesn't help him at all.
You are right ✅
He made a mistake leaving Derby just as Potter made a mistake leaving Brighton.
