When great men talk football , they talk about Barcelona. What's the philosophy about their style?
❗"Xavi in 'Take the ball, Pass the ball'
Documentary Film —
🗣"We believe in this philosophy
which is improved every year by every Barça manager."
🗣"But the day things start to go wrong
and let's hope that isn't for another 200 years. But if it ever happens we must never consider changing our playing style."
🗣"Our unique philosophy should never change. Never."
❗Pep Guardiola on Xavi —
🗣"His knowledge is very large, he also has a very great passion for football.
He is a young coach with many ambitions
and dreams.
A person who is good on the field as a player and can also become a good coach."
❗Dani Alves in 'Take the ball, Pass the ball'
Documentary film —
🗣"Cruyff was the first great model, the mark 1.
Pep is the mark 2.
But I think Xavi will be in the same league.
The mark 3!"

So what can becomes of the club if we continue sacrificing our own game plan? If there is an existing system of playing style. Why won't we allow people that are capable of transforming and transmitting to the new comers. No doubt we recruit most coaches that were once our players. What defines a good coach is how he get to the top and maintain the top not falling each time they rise. I think Koeman should be until Xavi comes in rather than fetching other coaches with different philosophy. We want to maintain this tiktak..tiktak. and why not our culture of winning team with ball possession.?
You that disagree of maintaining Koeman I believe we all make mistakes, we do wrong things, we say wrong things, we fall we rise, we realize ourselves, we grow and we move. Let's keep moving forward. The situation at hand is quite complicated reason why even the PR could not take a quick decision on the Dutchman. Patience is the watch word.

so Xavi should come in now. if we have a coach we agree with, we'll all understand the situation. but not one doing what most apparently see to be wrong
