The Bayern Munich full-back was diagnosed with a myocarditis back in January with doctors discovering signs of a heart muscle inflammation.

The Bundesliga giants are being 'very cautious' with the Canadian prodigy and the 21-year-old is not expected to return to action for a number of weeks.
Bayern boss Julian Nagelsmann said: "Alphonso's exam has shown the best case scenario and the fluid has disappeared from his heart muscle. We're happy about that, hope he's back soon."
