Cheaper options to get if we don't land Tchouameni.
Alright, so what if we don't buy everyone's favorite Aurelien Tchouameni this summer? Who could we get as a cheaper option? I have looked into that and here are some players that could fit us. Some not as good defensive-wise as Tchouameni but gives us more in other areas instead.
Enjoy!
Enzo Fernàndez.
Enzo Fernàndez , Argentina, River Plate,
21 years old, 180 cm.
Price to get, around 25 million euros.
So composed to be that young. Owns the midfield with grace and a great vision. Makes the right decisions and looks like a general to me. Is often the one that dictates the tempo of the games and is often building up play from deep. Got a fantastic shot with both feet and is involved in many goals.
Surprised we are not linked to this guy yet as he's a good fit and many big clubs are interested in him. Already in Argentinas national football team.
Luca Suciç
Luca suciç, Croatia, Salzburg.
19 years old, 185 cm.
Price to get, around 20 million euros.
Been some links to this young midfielder. He is versatile and has been used in many different roles in midfield this season. Already at 19 years of age part of Croatias national football team. Got great vision and looks like a commanding midfielder. Also possess a great shot and is a big threath outside the box. Very good passer and makes the game look easy and uneffortless. ( Would not be as a defensive midfielder for us)
André Trindade
André Trindade, Brazil, Fluminense.
20 years old, 176 cm.
Price to get, around 20 million euros.
A Thiago copy. Got a style that could be compared to our Thiago. Excellent in small spaces. Turns away skillfully from opposition with body fints and is a joy to watch. Great breakthrough passes that splits opposition. Just like Thiago doesn't get many goals or assists but breaks up play well and gets those important first passes that creates disorder in opposition. Is a master creating time for himself. Plays mostly as defensive midfielder.
Raw talent with skills to share. Needs to be more consistent and makes wrong decisions sometimes just like Thiago.
Ibrahim Sangarè
Ibrahim Sangarè, Cote D'Ivorie, Psv Eindhoven
24 years old, 191 cm.
Price to get, around 35 million euros.
We know about real interest from lfc in him and our scouts been looking at Sangarè many times.
Sangare is an Imposing ballwinner. Gets his legs in everywhere and got impressive defensive stats. His rough style makes him look unorthodox on the ball but he's alright on the ball too. Good passing stats but prefer the easy pass. He wouldn't give too much when we need to break up hard defenses and would most likely be only as Fabinho backup
Fabiàn Ruiz
Fabiàn Ruiz, Spain, Napoli
26 years old, 189 cm
Price to get, around 35 million euros.
How we are not linked to Fabiàn is a mystery. He's got one year left in his contract and would go for half the price of what he's worth (around 35 million euros ). A bargain for a player who's very consistent and been rated among the best midfielders every season in Italy. Fits us as he doesn't only have a great technique but also does the dirty work needed. Contributes a lot to goals and good in possession play and a great passer.
A few players we have been linked with but that I don't see fitting for various reasons.
Juri Tielemans: Is also on his last year and would come cheap. I have digged really deep into him and don't believe we will be in for him. He is good all-round but not great in anything. What makes me say no to him is that the bigger the game the more he dissapear.
Ryan Gravenberch: Good talent and player but I don't think he got what it takes to play for us. He's defensive numbers and that he floats in and out of games is worrying. Cheap now since on his last year but i dare to say we won't get him.
Konrad Laimer: A Milner copy. Runs and runs and runs and when he's too tired to run he still runs a bit more. But that's what you get with him. Wouldn't give us anything we need so he's a no.

Good point Red’s fan. A player who should be proud to wear Liverpool Jersey and be part of our top team under our super coach. A player who loves to be there in Anfield and play wholeheartedly to win with the rest of the squad.
You'll be proud to know I was aware of fabian and hernandez. But that's because I'm sure you've mentioned them before. But 2 very promising players man.
hehe you're fine then as they both are the ones that are the best allround players in this group and not only workhorses 👍
I would go for Kalvin Philips. Need an industrious English midfielder to replace outgoing Ox and Millie
Good point there.
