'We're all players - some better than others'. Zlatan responds to claims of racism after his clash with Lukaku
  • Zlatan Ibrahimovic has rebuffed accusations of racism after he was heard calling Romelu Lukaku ‘a little donkey’ during AC Milan’s 1-2 loss to Inter Milan in the Coppa Italia quarter-finals.
  • Ibrahimovic tweeted: “In ZLATAN’s world there is no place for RACISM. We are all the same race - we are all equal!! We are all PLAYERS some better then others.”
  • Zlatan is said to have told Lukaku: “Go do Go do your voodoo s***, you little donkey,” something which angered the Belgian striker.
  • Lukaku also alleged that the AC Milan striker spoke bad things about his mother, replying: “You want to speak about my mother? I f*** you and your wife.”
  • The Inter striker reigned supreme in the battle, as he equalized the game after Zlatan’s opener and saw his side win thanks to a late winner from Christian Eriksen.
