Angel Di Maria's sending off was one of the ugliest episodes of the Champions League semifinal between Man City and Paris Saint-Germain.
Soon after City doubled their lead, the Argentine midfielder stamped on Fernandinho's boot after the two players clashed on the touchline.
He did not go quietly, though. According to L'Equpe, Di Maria said: 'Fernandinho, you are a son of a bitch,' before he left for the tunnel.
The game turned nasty after that, and some of the PSG players were probably lucky not to be sent off.
They seem to insist, however, that the referee of that match, Bjorn Kuipers, had an agenda against them - but it barely deflects attention from the fact that they were outplayed on the night.
