Mourinho’s secrets. Jose reveals how he studies players using scouting software on his laptop

It didn't take Jose Mourinho long to find a new job after his sacking from Tottenham in April as the Portuguese manager will succeed Paulo Fonseca at the helm of AS Roma at the end of the season.

Even though Mourinho will only join the Giallorossi after the upcoming European Championship, the 58-year-old is already 'studying' his new squad.

Jose has shared a video clip of himself looking into Riccardo Calafiori's profile on his laptop on Instagram.

"Thank you to the Friedkin family for choosing me to lead this great club and to be part of their vision," the Special One wrote on social media upon signing a three-year at Roma earlier this month.

"After meetings with the ownership and Tiago Pinto, I immediately understood the full extent of their ambitions for AS Roma.

"It is the same ambition and drive that has always motivated me and together we want to build a winning project over the upcoming years.

"The incredible passion of the Roma fans convinced me to accept the job and I cannot wait to start next season.

"In the meantime, I wish Paulo Fonseca all the best and I hope the media appreciate that I will only speak further in due course. Daje Roma!"
