'Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea confirmed': Fabrizio Romano (reliability: 5 stars)

Reliable transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Romelu Lukaku is heading to Chelsea.

The agreement will be completed pending some concluding talks. Nothing's changed, the deal will be for €115m.

Lukaku will join Chelsea in the coming days. The striker is set to sign a 5-year deal with the Blues worth €12m per season.

Lukaku played just 15 senior games for Chelsea during his first spell with the club. He didn't score, and registered just one assist.

However, the 28-year-old Belgian has gone on to become one of the most terrifying strikers in the world. He bagged 30 goals and 10 assists in 44 games for Inter Milan last season.
