Abe's official Barca debut on hold due to bureaucratic reasons

Hiroki Abe will miss the September fixtures of Barcelona and Barcelona B because of the administrative reasons which don't permit the starlet to compete for his new club, Sport report.

That's disappointing news for both Hiroki and the club as the player has recently been out with an injury as he missed Barca's first pre-season tour in Japan.

About a week ago, the "Japanese Messi" made his unofficial Barca B debut and produced a solid display in terms of technique and attacking actions.

Originally a left midfielder, Hiroki Abe is also able to play on the opposite flank. He has also been used as a second striker during his stay in Japan. The youngster played 48 games in the J-League and scored four goals. In 2018, he was named the Best Young Player of the Year. Moreover, a couple of weeks ago he made his international debut in the Copa America against Chile. After that, the Japanese was unveiled as a Barcelona player.
