4 things Koeman must do to make sure he's more successful than Setien and Valverde

Win dressing room's respect

• Neither Ernesto Valverde nor Quique Setien had the right coaching profile to manage Barcelona's dressing room full of superstars.
• Hopefully, Ronald Koeman is a respected figure in the world's football so he would be able to win the respect of Leo Messi and the others.

Use La Masia gems

• Neither Setien nor Valverde dared enough to give more minutes to Riqui Puig and Ansu Fati.
• The 21-year-old midfielder didn't even feature in the Champions League despite the coach's previous statements.
• Koeman should make sure both starlets are well integrated into the Barcelona first team with other gems possibly following.

• Valverde was a true pragmatic while Setien tried to implement back Johan Cruyff's favourite football system but failed eventually
