The CIES Football Observatory have issued the list of the best clubs for young players in the world.
Barcelona sit in 11th place in the European top five leagues rankings with 15% of La Liga minutes covered by U21 players this season.

Barcelona are blessed with a number of talented youngsters which denotes a great future for the club, Pedri say.
Speaking to La Liga TV, Pedri said: "There are a lot of young players coming through at Barca. We need to keep a cool head and work hard to earn our place, every day. A good future awaits if we work hard."
Pedri, 18, has been a revelation for the Blaugrana this season. A year ago, the same was said of Ansu Fati who's been hampered due to injury.

Barcelona set to offer Pedri improved terms on new long-term deal: RAC1
Barcelona are willing to improve Pedri's contract as the 18-year-old's current deal doesn’t suit his role in Ronald Koeman's team, according to RAC1.
Therefore, the club's board are set to offer the youngster a new long-term deal on improved terms, as per the reliable Spanish outlet.
The midfielder, who joined the Catalans from Las Palmas last summer, has missed just one out of Barcelona's 45 matches this season so far.
Pedri is out of contract in the summer of 2022 with Barca having an option for a two-year automatic renewal. Nevertheless, the 18-year-old's new deal is set to include much higher figures as he's exceeded all expectations during his maiden campaign at Camp Nou.
