Laporta wants Koeman to 'play more offensive footballl' at Barca - doesn't like defensive setup imposed in recent months

Joan Laporta has told Ronald Koeman to play more offensive football at Barcelona in their recent meeting held a few days ago – as per Mundo Deportivo.

The club president does not like the 3-5-2 formation that has been imposed as it limits the attacking options of the team.

Koeman was also told by Laporta that he should give more opportunities to young players at the club to encourage exciting attacking football.

It’s said that the Barca president told Koeman that he can count on him next season amid pressure mounting on his job as head coach for the Blaugrana.
