Barca closely following Real Sociedad's Isak, could get him at below market price (reliability: 4 stars)

Barcelona are monitoring Real Sociedad's young striker Alexander Isak, MARCA's reliable Luis F. Rojo reports, and so far have only received good reports on him.

The Catalans might make a move for his this summer, and the Swede is expected to be available at around €25m or less due to the current crisis. Transfermarkt, meanwhile, value him at €30m.

Isak's transfer would not depend on whether Memphis Depay and/or Sergio Aguero are signed. Depay doesn't operate as a striker and likes to move to the wings while Aguero is in his thirties and isn't an option to play 90 minutes every week. However, Martin Braithwaite would have to be sold to make room for the 21-year-old.

Finally, it's said that Erling Haaland remains Barca's top priority, but his signing is virtually impossible this season.

This term so far, Isak made 42 appearances for La Real, recording 14 goals and two assists, as per Transfermarkt.

Barcelona's priority is to sign a top-quality No. 9 in the summer, as per Diario Sport.

The Catalans consider Erling Haaland their number-one choice, especially now that the Neymar talks have fallen through.

Blaugrana also keep Lautaro Martinez and Harry Kane on their radars. The club have even contacted the Tottenham striker's representatives ahead of a possible Camp Nou switch, it is said.

However, the Catalans are afraid that the Englishman would struggle while adapting to La Liga.
