In his recent interview, Ronald Koeman was asked whether Ousmane Dembele will continue at Barcelona beyond this summer.
"In principle, I count on everyone. We’re working on improving our squad and they are decisions that we have to take," the coach has said, as quoted by Diario Sport.
Meanwhile, it's been reported that Barca will look to sell Dembele if he refuses to extend his contract at the club. His current deal expires in 2022 and the club fear that Ousmane might decide to let his contract run out and leave for free in a year's time.
In the 2020/21 season, the 24-year-old played 44 matches for Blaugrana and recorded 11 goals and five assists.

According to recent reports, Dembele injured his right knee. The 24-year-old might have to undergo surgery that could lead to him once again being sidelined for several months.
In the 2020/21 season, Ousmane played 44 matches for Barcelona and recorded 11 goals and five assists. He missed just five games through injury.
