French outlet RMC Sport previously reported that Braithwaite had been 

 of the world's richest sportsmen. There have also been claims that the 30-year-old was a real estate mogul with an estimated fortune of $250m.

Braithwaite is part of non-football project valued at $250,000,000: explained

Their project is run through the NYCE (The New York Currency Exchange) company in Manhattan.

The portfolio includes 1,500 apartments, another 500 under construction and a total value of about $250,000,000.

What differs them from other moguls is that the Braithwaite family runs the TRIBE app which helps people with little money and minorities invest in real estate.

"Now we have helped 5,000 people and minorities invest in real estate through our company. We want to help people make a fortune for themselves. That's the whole mission behind it," Braithwaite's uncle Philip Michael tells the media.

"When there are big decisions to be made, we talk about it together [with Martin]. If, for example, there is a potential property that we want to invest in, I face time with him, and we talk together several times a day about both football and business.

"Martin's role is very much about what we do in terms of strategy and vision in the long run," he adds.

As a reminder, Braithwaite also owns a beach bar in Castelldefels – the municipality near Barcelona where
