Barcelona remain firm in their intention to sign a striker in January, Marca's reliable Luis F. Rojo reports.
Due to the financial situations, the Catalans will look to sign on loan a top player that hasn't been getting too much playing time this season. They are ready to pay a small signing fee if necessary.
The three rumoured targets are Timo Werner, Edinson Cavani and Raheem Sterling. Barca are yet to identify the exact target.

Werner: 587 minutes, 10 matches (5 starts), 2 goals, 1 assist;
Cavani: 274 minutes, 8 matches (2 starts), 1 goal, 0 assists;
Sterling: 700 minutes, 15 matches (6 starts), 2 goals, 2 assists.
As a reminder, Sergio Aguero will miss three months due to heart problems while Martin Braithwaite is still injured. Luuk de Jong is expected to leave the club as Xavi does not count on him.
