Shocking: Abidal's wife allegedly ordered attack on female PSG player

Eric Abidal's wife Hayet could be the one responsible for ordering the attack on female PSG player Kheira Hamraoui, as per L'Equipe.

Hayet's involvement could be her personal revenge for a reported lofe affair between Eric and Kheira. Besides, Hamraoui called Abidal on the morning of her attack, ESPN add.

Both Eric Abidal and his wife will be questioned by the police in the next few days, it is said.

As a reminder, the former Femeni player was attacked in the streets by two masked men. They hit her with an iron bar which resulted in her legs and arms being injured.

During the attack, one of the hooded men allegedly asked her: "So we sleep with married men now?"

Abidal played for the Catalans between 2007 and 2013 and worked as the technical director between 2018 and 2020. Hamraoui played for Barca Femeni between 2018 and 2021.
