Barcelona have contacted Oscar as a potential replacement for Philippe Coutinho, TNT Sports' Marcelo Bechler reports.

The club value the Brazilian's experience.

However, Barca's financial situation only allows signing the 30-year-old for free. His current deal with Chinese side Shanghai Port expires in 2024.

Oscar is famous for his Chelsea performances. The attacking midfielder made 203 appearances for the Blues between 2012 and 2017, scoring 38 goals and providing 37 assists.

The creative midfielder has netted 50 goals and registered an impressive 93 assists in 170 appearances for SH Port.
