'We are very proud': Laporta's message in dressing room to Barca players after El Clasico defeat

In the aftermath of Real Madrid's 3-2 defeat of Barcelona Wednesday's El Clasico, Barca president visited the dressing room to cheer up the players.

"We are very poud," Laporta said.

"All the Culers are proud to be Barca fans, now more than ever.

"You stepped up, you showed talent, you showed pride. You've outdone yourselves. You were brave and we can be proud.

"As the president of Barca and the Culers around the world, we're all proud to be Barca fans.

"We almost had it," Laporta added.

Barcelona's performance in El Clasico have been hailed as one of the better performances from the Blaugrana in a while.

However, individual errors and positional mistakes prevented Barca from celebrating a major victory despite scoring twice.
