"I was sad when I left Barca, but I am more matured and now I want to enjoy myself playing," Yusuf Demir told Rapid Vienna TV.
"I've seen people here happy for me and I've also been happy. I want to play, enjoy and have fun with the hunger of wanting to win everything.
"My goal is to be first, it is not worth being second," Demir added.
Demir's story is quite a touching one. Barcelona signed the prodigious talent from Rapid Vienna for Barcelona B, with a €10m mandatory buy option inserted in his contract if he make 10 senior appearances.
The goal was to have Demir mature with Barcelona B before making the transition to the first team.
However, Ronald Koeman promoted him to the first team immediately, and forcing Barca to terminate his loan in January to avoid paying the €10m.
