Lewandowski gets asked about 8-2 defeat, answer will drive Bayern fans mad

"No one remembers that [Barca 2-8 Bayern] anymore," Robert Lewandowski has told the media, per FotMob.

"Football isn't about what you've done in the past, it's about what you're doing now. It's been a long time since we [Borussia Dortmund] scored four goals against Real Madrid [in 2013], it's a long time ago," the Pole added.

Lewandowski scored one of Bayern's eight goals on the night of that infamous Champions League defeat of 2020. Hansi Flick's side went on to win the competition that year.
