According to multiple reports, Dani Alves played a football match in his prison at Sant Esteve Sesrovires.
Diario Sport claims that when Alves stepped out to play word quickly spread about who he is and that attracted a small crowd of guards and other inmates to watch him
Alves has been transferred to another prison with more privacy which means he's unlikely to play again until his conviction date.
The former Barcelona defender is accused of raping a 23-year-old woman at a nightclub in the city. The Brazilian has denied the charge but reports claim he's changed his testimony several times while the victim has stuck with one version.
CCTV footage being held as evidence against Alves reportedly show the defender entering a bathroom with the woman where they stayed for more than 15 minutes.
