Ansu Fati's father meets Barca for showdown talks -- reporters reveal demands made to Laporta

Ansu Fati's father Bori Fati had a meeting in Barcelona offices today with Mateu Alemany and Jordi Cruyff present, per Gerard Romero.

According to COPE's Victor Navarro, Fati's entourage wants the club to allow the youngster to leave at the end of the season.

This is a surprise development as most sources believe that Ansu wants to stay and fight for his place at Barca.

The forward has suffered a massive dip in form this season since his return from injury and is no longer a regular starter at Barca.

This season, Ansu has played 38 games for Barca but he has only started five of his last 15 appearances in La Liga. His goal return stands at six all season.

There are teams in Spain and England who would gladly take Fati. Barcelona could explore the option of sending their number 10 out on loan.
