'This is a serious issue': Public outcry from La Liga fans as most clubs can't register new players

There is a big problem in La Liga regarding the financial restrictions placed by the league management on clubs.

As of today, only 7 out of 65 new players have been registered to play in La Liga next season, according to reports. Hence, 58 new players have not yet been registered in the league.

Barcelona have only 13 registered players in La Liga so far. In fact, all three Barca new signings have not been registered which explains why the club have not assigned squad numbers to them.

Thus, there are growing concerns from many La Liga fans about the phenomenon. Most of who have taken to Twitter to express their worry.

💭DB: "17-18 teams can’t register their players. Tebas draconian cap rules are destroying La Liga. It’s sad bc it’s the smaller clubs outside of the big 3 who are hurt the most by his revenue algorithm rules. They need outside investment the most & can’t get it bc of his rules. Yet they're the ones who have kept him in power and supported him the most. I hope they’re waking up so he can finally be voted out. La Liga’s poor overall performances in Europe the last few years go directly back to him. He kills investment so clubs can’t strengthen the rosters."

💭Lolnein: "Ok I agree with this. The footballing quality hasn’t gone down as much but the management has been atrocious I mean La Liga alone has 17-18 teams apparently that aren’t able to register players all cause of Tebas"

💭leomid10: "Heard that La Liga clubs are getting a hard time registering players. This is a serious issue actually. La Liga should help clubs. Only Real Madrid can buy any players. Barca somehow manages to register the signing. Atletico also somehow manages but other clubs are in real danger.

💭susezni: "Only in La Liga can a club be able to afford a player but can't register him."

Many fans believe La Liga will lose its best players in the coming years if the situation doesn't improve.

As things stand most La Liga clubs are becoming financially crippled for a lack of investment. The result is that only a team like Real Madrid can sign players for crazy money and register them without problems.
