You can't say Barcelona have not been busy in the transfer market trying to bring in new players.
Here is what Barca's transfer business could look like at the end of the window.

Ilkay Gundogan. The German midfielder joined Barca for free after leaving Manchester City.
Inigo Martinez. The Spanish centre-back also joined as a free agent after leaving Athletic Club.
Oriol Romeo. The big midfielder was signed for €3.5m from Girona. Barca sent them Pablo Torre as an added incentive.

Ivan Fresneda. The Valladolid right-back is tipped to join Barca this summer.
Joao Cancelo. Barcelona are still keeping hope alive that they can get Cancelo from Manchester City.
Giovani Lo Celso. There's a chance that Barca sign the Tottenham player as Xavi still wants one more midfielder.
Bernardo Silva. The Portuguese is unlikely to arrive at Barca this summer, but if he does it will be the signing of the window.
