Yamal makes 'final decision' on his international future -- he holds 3 passports

Lamine Yamal has made the final decision to play for Spain at senior level, per Jordi Gil of Sport.

The player is also eligible to play for Morocco (his father's birth country), Equatorial Guinea (his mom's birth country) and La Roja.

However, having played for Spain at junior level, Yamal intends to continue his progress with La Roja's senior team.

Earlier Morocco national team coach Walid Regragui held meetings with Yamal's representatives before being told of the player's decision.

The 16-year-old is now set to become the youngest player to play for the Spanish senior national team as he's tipped to be called up for the upcoming international break.
