Barcelona secured all three points against Betis, smashing the Andalusian side 5-0 on Saturday. Xavi's men are top of the league at the moment.
In an aftermath of the game, some Culer Neal, spotted one curious thing that gave Barca an edge from the very start.
"Everyone one of Betis’ starting defenders was educated in La Masia. And given the way the played, I reckon it’s safe to say they still *really* love the club…"
"Bartra still paying for his sins against us in Copa Del Rey final," Fahhz added.
Indeed, their entire backline —Juan Miranda, Chadi Riad, Marc Bartra and Hector Bellerin— are all La Masia graduates
Riad is still a Barca player, though, as he joined Betis on loan this past summer.
But is the La Masia-made backline at fault for the loss, or was Barca's attack just too good?
