Here are my thoughts on Barca's upcoming clash against Shakhtar Donetsk.
Barca need just one more point to secure a spot in the Champions League knockouts.
Of course, Xavi's side want more. The gap between them and Porto is 3 points which means there's still work to do to finish the campaign as group winners.
The Barca boss is going to field a rotated squad against Shakhtar Donetsk which will still be very competitive as we expect Pedri, Raphinha and Lamine Yamal to make it. We also think Xavi will decide to start Robert Lewandowski who knows what it's like to score in Germany – and he badly needs some confidence right now.
Shakhtar will be missing one of their key players, right-back Yukhym Konoplya who did quite well against Barcelona at the Montjuic. Other than that, there will be a strong squad that caused Blaugrana much trouble away from home.
Once again, we expect both teams to put on a show here. However, it's Barca who should come out victorious thanks to the individual class of the players they will field. Those recently-injured players will be raring to go.
