Why did Barca doctors ignore Araujo's blow in 1st half v Atletico?

Ronald Araujo got a painful foot kick in the face in the first half against Atletico Madrid. The Uruguayan had to spend some time on the ground before being able to get up.

Surprisingly, the Barca doctors didn't intervene, although it is common for clubs' medics to enter the stage at this point.

According to LaLiga TV reporters, the reason was that Barca were defending a corner kick afterwards and Araujo had to be there. If he had received help from the doctors, he would've left the pitch area and Atletico would've had an advantage over Blaugrana in that set-piece situation.

Araujo just waited for some time before he was able to get off the ground and proceeded by helping the team at the corner kick.
