Barcelona shot themselves on the foot once again in the title race as they drew 3-3 at home to 19th-placed Girona on Sunday, February 11th.
That draw meant that Barcelona are now 10 points adrift of table-toppers Real Madrid who did Barca a favour by demolishing Girona 4-0 on Saturday.
However, Barca can still win La Liga if they maintain a 100% record from now on. It means they must win all their 14 remaining games.
But that's not all. Barca must hope and pray that Real Madrid loses three games and draws at least one more.
If that happens, Barca will also pray that Girona loses at least two of their remaining 14 games. The Catalan team are five points ahead of Barca after 24 games.
It must be noted that Barca still have to face Real Madrid, Girona and Atletico Madrid all away from home.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid have played all their title rivals this season home and away, bar El Clasico second leg at the Santiago Bernabeu.
